Mantra Hervey Bay, Hervey Bay

My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The suite was comfortable and nicely furnished, but the bedroom's fixed blinds left much to be desired in terms of privacy. The location was great with lovely views, but the service could use a friendlier touch. Overall, while it has potential, I wouldn't consider it my first choice for a return visit.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The apartment itself was well-appointed and offered a fantastic view, but I struggled with a few maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience. While the secure parking was a plus, the lack of a properly functioning microwave and some cleanliness issues in the room made it feel less luxurious than expected. Still, I would consider staying here again for the location and comfort.

I had high hopes for my stay, given the beautiful surroundings, but it fell short due to some major issues. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby restaurants and the marina, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the room was not as advertised, dark and stale, making it uncomfortable. While the facilities offered some potential, they were lackluster, and overall, it wasn't the value I expected for the price I paid.

I had a disappointing experience at the hotel due to the outdated room that looked nothing like the photos online. While the view of the Marina was nice and the staff tried to be helpful, the overall condition of the room was a letdown. I was expecting a comfortable stay but was instead faced with a noisy environment and inadequate facilities. Unfortunately, this hotel didn't meet my expectations for a 4-star establishment.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially its quiet location, which is within walking distance to the pier and Botanical Gardens. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and being able to charge meals from nearby cafes to my room was a huge plus. The only downside was that the room was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the rubbish chute, and cleanliness could be improved as I found cereal on the floor from previous guests.
